TTM: I was privileged to be honoured with an acknowledgement of my works as a recipient of "Poet of the week". A lovely way to finish off 2024 and celebrate in 2025. Indeed with another poem due to be sent via the US publisher tomorrow in a collaboration, has insilled some much needed confidence. I hope to try to perform in a poetry slam this year and test the waters. Of course I realise in doing this opens me up to all the things I warn about in this post. I guess I am only human - although most often thought of less than due to my disabilities and identity.

The Terror that Robespierre: The Terror that Robespierre imposed on the French people is believed, by some historians, to have provided Lenin with a complete instructions manual for the period of the Red Terror of 1918-1922.  The brutality of the murder of the Czar and his family (the thugs even killed Alexei Romanov's dog, Joy) was a harbinger of the bloodthirsty vengeance Lenin wreakced upon the very people he claimed to be helping---including many fellow Christians of the Orthodox Church.
