A Tale Of Pain and Love

Folder:
My Favorite Poems

Those who won't listen

I want them slain

For now I will tell you

Of my sickening pain.

Gather around my children

For this is quite a tale

Let open your minds

And let your imagination sail.

It takes place in the past

Many, many seasons ago

Far down on Earth,

Many miles below.

Now back when I was a man

Not a shadow at all

I had feelings and emotions

Which what caused me to fall.

You see my young,

On Earth there is a law:

Don't trust anyone

And bare your claws

But this is only until

And this part you must see.

They must be of darkness

Such is how your mother came to be.

Now way back then

When I was ten and an eight

Is the time when I realized

How full I was of hate.

But don't get me wrong

I didn't just break down doors.

There was a reason for my anger:

My old friends four.

The first was Yoshi

A good man he seemed,

Until you messed up,

Then it was wicked you were deemed.

We were once friends

So very long ago,

But I made a mistake

So he hated me I suppose.

The next was my dearest

Or so during that year

Aya she was called

Our love's end was near.

I broke her heart

And she broke mine

The beginning of the end

Of our happy times.

She held me responsible

For this happiness failed

I was to blame

To a cross I was nailed

And third was my Starfish

Quite a friendship we had

But on single mistake

Made everything go bad.

She was unforgiving

Or towards me I guess

Now we didn't talk any more

My fault more or less.

And finally is a man

I knew him as Rei.

A neutral field we were on

Our hate was at bay.

I tried to help him

I tried to assist

But like the others

He shot me, but missed.

Because of them all

I was down but not out

Twas my Mistress that was there

That saved me without a doubt.

For her I will live

Forever and on

Always by her side

From dusk till dawn.

Alas, I'm aware

This is a tale of my pain

But now it's of love

For my one and only dame.

Her name is Revin

Remember it well

For if you forget it

You'll be banished to hell.

To the hell of my pain

An eternal despair

A destruction of yourself

Far beyond repair.

So understand me well

Revin my wife

The only one I love

Through death and though life.

We will be happy

Forever and now.

We'll always be together

And I'll tell you how.

Because we're in love

A bond so strong

It can never be broken

In an eternity, long.

So alas my children

The end of my words.

So go fly free,

Like a flock of birds.

And to you my Revin,

My love and my girl,

Let us be happy

In this darkened world.

Alas my wife,

My baby, my sweet,

Meet me in our chamber

For your devilish treat.
