Clouds of black that lingered overhead

Wishing the storm would dissipate

A silent solitude

Forever bound to these skies above

With reverence I strive to resolve

This desolate hole



Screaming unrest

Calling upon this storm

Washing sins away

Take this time, and hold it close

Forgiveness glowing in angels hands

Cast out to save my soul



Far too long I was locked away

But now its time to say goodbye

Reach into the arms of divinity

Words that cut me

Actions that bled deceit and hate

Mend to make me whole again



When I see you, my soul sings

When I touch you, my soul shines

Cherish this life, and behold the light

Throw down cover that wrapped my heart

Freedom deep within my grasp



Blue skies of clarity

Glistening on the ocean waters

Far in the distance I can see

Fate taking me into the sun

We'll dance until the sun falls below the horizon

Let the stars guide us to salvation
