Nurses

A nurses job is never done

from room to room they make you run.

From disease to despair

and families that just dont care.

But you learn to cope

you go with the flow, people crying out

that you really don`t know.

You see death, and you see pain, you listen

as they complain and they show sides they`ve

never seen, some are good and some are mean.

But the nurse shes always there but

she takes care of you through hope or despair.

A doctor, a phycologist, a minister ,or just a friend

she will be at your side through thick or thin

shes your nurse shes your best friend...

Hello Ron, I just wanted to say your poem is so very true, I cannot help but think your poem is somewhat funny, maybe in the sense that it is true.
