Fallen Star
Once i had a secret love
she was sent from a star up above.
We loved each other from the start
she stepped in and took over my heart.
We held each other oh so tight
we would whisper love all through the nite.
But her love grew cold and she went away
just like the fallen star i saw that day...
Well, you critqued one of my poems so I figured that I'll critque one of yours. So many to choose from. I really like this one. The wording is great.
this is sad, and heartbreaking, but i love it~
