Dark Mother births her children 

   from the Axis Mundi

She swirls her hand above the cosmic maelstrom,

Samudra Maathan, and dispatches them unto the world 

"Go Children! Do the work I've given you and do it well

or I shall come find you for I have a thousand eyes

and there will be nowhere to hide"
