a date i can't deny

somethings breathed life into me

and now i can hardly see

its been so long, its been so long

i can't even begin to describe

how much i'm now alive

but let me tell you once

let me tell you twice

theres this girl, shes nice

she makes me melt

the strongest force i've felt

i never thought, it'd happen again

i'll always be waiting, when

she walked in to my life

sprung me open, and took a dive

into my pool of emotion

and under the ocean of sadness

lays the feelings of madness

the road to excess,

goes through the valley of sadness

but i don't care, i'll be there
