Redeemed out of the market of sin, by His Blood we have been saved,

Never again to wander aimlessly for on His Palm we've been engraved.

Not so for the wicked, who continue in a dark world that's depraved,

With a heart far from their Maker, by Satan they have been enslaved.



We have been washed in His Blood and cloaked in His Righteousness.

And with The Holy Spirit inside He leads us down a path of Holiness.

But to those still in bondage Satan moves upon them with wickedness,

And the master of sin continues to fill their hearts with vileness.



The future will be new for all who've in their heart truly believed,

They'll be lifted to Heaven and their weary hearts will be relieved.

But there are professors about who only in their minds have believed,

And with hearts unchanged by God's Grace, will continue on deceived.



His Only Son God did send and through His Blood we are not condemned,

So we live to please Him, for Jesus Christ Himself called us friend.

But they continue in pride deceiving men as they spiritually pretend,

But God is not deceived at all, as He knows the beginning to the end.



Looking back at my life blinded by sin it was me that God had sought,

And through The Spirit of God many changes in my life He has wrought.

But as the lost look at the futile fight with God that they fought,

Then they will know by His Blood even the unrighteous were bought.
