The guy that gets every girl
Charms them until they like you
Takes them out while their boyfriends are away
And steals a kiss while they are confused

The underachiever that doesn’t care
Sits in the back of the class not wanting to show who he is
I know who you are
The person that will put on a personality like a hat
And wear it every time they are around
I know who you are
The liberal the conservative
I know all of you
Because this is what I used to be
All of these
Different opinions
Everything changing
I guess that’s life
Never regret what you believed in and never regret what you said
Because at a time you did believe it and you did say it
That’s just life

I liked the fact that at the end you said, "Never regret what you believed in and never regret what you said/Because at a time you did believe it and you did say it" Truthfully I wish that I could put "golden nuggets of wisdom" in my poetry.
