it seems as if time has been standing still

while wishing to change time back, knowing it never will

i popped my pills and drank my drinks

and now i dont care what anyone thinks

as these warm tears turn to ice on my chin

im reminded of waht a cruel, cold world we live in

dragging that cold silver blade across my wrist

i close my eyes and remember this

i love you with every breath i take

now every step you take away, my heart slowly breaks

i wish i could see you smiling face again

but i know God is taking care of you girl,

and one day, for sure we will meet.
