If I could, I’d never let you go

Not for any second

Not on any day

And I’d hold onto you

And keep all of you for me

And I’d never let you go

Far enough, so far away

That I can’t look up

And see your face

And I’d selfishly keep you all to me

And you’d never have to leave

And we could just be

And be and be and be and be

Be so splendid spending so much time together

And I wouldn’t let anyone know

Where I’m keeping you

Or where and when we’re not going

And it would be moments of magic

Replayed in my very on reality

And I wouldn’t have to wait

To get lost in a look that we share

I’d be right here and you’d be right there

And there is right next to me

And I’d never let you go

Not now, not ever

And if I didn’t have to let you go

I’d always feel better

Not having to count down the seconds

Stalking the clock and wishing time stopped

Right before it was time to go, again

If I could, I’d never let you go

And I could beat time

And our love would finally win
