Catch a Hint

Oh my gosh, would you please catch a hint

I thought I was throwing it hard enough

I swear if I wanted to talk to you

I really would have picked the phone up, no really

I mean don’t call me at 11am on Saturday

And think that early timing is gonna change my mind

Did you think I’d want to talk now

Look it’s very simple to understand

That I just don’t want to talk to your ass

Stop calling my house and then immediately calling my cell

And did you think, well let me try again

Just one more time, it’s been like 10 minutes

I know it’s ringing, maybe she just didn’t hear it

So let me call again right now and I’d better send a text

Damn you act like you my recently made ex

And if you have to send messages asking if I am avoiding

Then suck it up cause the answers probably yes

You don’t even know me to be sweating me like this

I promise I’m gonna stop talking to strangers

Cause people take friendliness and make it dangerous

And it would be different if you had something to talk about

I would really pick up the phone, really I would

But you just keep talking about nothing like no one should

And don’t think I don’t know that it’s you

Calling from those unfamiliar local numbers too

All of my family and friends are out of town

So local numbers on my caller id will be

Left to be picked up by voicemail or my answering machine

Just stop being so lame and stop calling me

Damn I swear you act like you seen me

Naked and in all my glory and was blinded

And had you, then maybe I’d really understand

But you so lame I can’t even stomach a friendship

Just catch this hint, cause my phones can’t take this.
