There once was a gal named Kim

Who was dating a guy named Tim

Each was searching for a mate

Each thought the other was great 

Until Kim discovered she was related to him

They were distant cousins, not blood-related 

Even so, this was news that Kim hated

Said to Tim 'You may be elated 

At the news we are related 

This is news I hate, I can't relate to you being elated over the fact we're related'

Tim said 'Kim, you need to get over your hate that I'm elated we're related'

Kim said 'Tim, that's a terrible idea you've just stated 

Don't you understand?

I can't do as you demand 

If I got over the hate over you being elated that we're related, I'd get overstimulated'
