Is Trump turning America into a psychotic state?
Not only do I respond with an enthusiastic 'Yes!'
I believe he should be given an award for doing so from the state!
Why would I say that?
Because he would be the recipient of an award from the state.

Trump is a ward from the state of NY.
What happens to someone who's a ward from NY State?
In New York, being declared a ward of the state means a court has appointed a guardian
to make personal or financial decisions for an individual deemed incapacitated or unable to care for themselves.
Adults typically become wards if they have dementia, are mentally ill, etc.
What? I believe Trump is demented and is mentally ill.
Should he be declared a ward of the state?
