For many people who I know
A restful sleep they get? Um..no
In order not to feel like crap
During the day they'll take a nap
A young mom has a tot Renée
Who must take her nap every day
Should she miss her nap, watch out!
Mom must give her a timeout
The other day, so much to do!
Mom and Renée didn't get home till after two
That's nap time! Was she upset? Did she cry, huh?
Mom knows how to pacify her
Mom says 'Kept telling her, honey, listen!
We'll be home real soon, your nap you won't be missin'
Mom, I think telling her that was a bad idea
Don't you fear she'll develop sleep 'nap-near?'
