I know a man named Rich who's poor
Can't afford to pay his rent anymore
His landlord said 'If the rent you don't pay
I'm sorry, you can't stay
Get out, I'll change the locks on the door'
Rich had a job in the grocery store
It paid minimum wage, not a cent more
He'd make deliveries to grannies
And to all of the nannies
Most of whom came from a foreign shore
A rich widow who lived on the penthouse floor
Checked Rich out, liked what she saw
She said 'I know I'm a nut
But he's got a great butt
And what he's packing in front I adore'
I don't see Rich too much anymore
Is he having fun? Of that I am sure
He's living the dream
Can hear both of them scream
And my apartment's on the ground floor!
