My Ma and Pa never got along

It was clear to see, of course

After forty years of misery

They agreed to a divorce 

After living in Boston for forty years

My Ma had no regrets

She moved to Pennsylvania

Bye to Massachusetts 

While it may not be apparent 

Though Pennsylvania's not too far

I now have my Ma living in PA

While my Pa still lives in MA

If you think that's crazy

She's now thinking of moving to Nebraska

That would be insane, Ma in PA,NE?

Better check she's AK aka Alaska

Spoke to Ma, she's thinking to move back to Massachusetts

I love her no matter what state she's in

It would be nice if she did return to Massachusetts 

I'd have my Ma back, Ma back in MA again

I hope to God that she wouldn't move again

I'd hate for her to move to Michigan

If she moved to Michigan, I'd never get to see her

Why? Because then she'd..omg! be Ma MA MI, uh..
