No-interest loans. Any interest?

I was surfing the net the other day like I usually do and happened to come across this article on no-interest loans. Here's the link:

I must be missing something. Why would I be interested in a no-interest loan? It's telling you upfront it has no interest! If I'm in the market for a loan the least I would expect would be that it some interest! Even a little interest might be acceptable. But no interest?

The funny part is there's probably a lot of people out there who are in need of a loan. If a bank or any type of lending agency turns them down, is an interest-free loan the only option left to them? Is that what mean when they talk about 'the lender of last resort?'

The last resort my wife and I stayed at didn't meet our expectations. We discovered lots of roaches in the bathroom and the maid looked like she was on drugs or something. Don't believe these reviews you read on Yelp or TripAdvisor. You never know who's writing them. I'd be interested in finding out. Hmm, how much interest do I need to show to get an answer? Haha. Just kidding. No-interest loans. Don't fall for them!
