Have you been following what's going on in Montana lately?
The Republican-controlled state legislature banned Rep Zooey Zephyr, who is transgender, from the house floor after she criticized Republicans for opposing gender-affirming healthcare for kids. Zephyr brought a case to court hoping to overturn that decision, but district court judge Mike Menahan said it was outside his authority to overrule lawmakers.
