Life's Balancing Act

Ying and Yang
The dark big bang
The blind may not wish to see the light
The strong may not wish to fight
If you don't know what you're missing
That may be your blessing
Religion has a focused and righteous mission
However, if one forgets to ask permission
They start to yearn for their first transgression
If your sin leads to pleasure
Then you are changed forever
The illusion of happiness is no longer an option
Unless you sustain your new find
But usually that entails being unkind
How do you keep an honest soul
If you're too preoccupied with filling your personal hole
Pleasure and righteousness are not mutually exclusive
Only are sustained together where the ignorant live

Your mind streaks into brilliant moments. My question for you is, why do you not sustain it?

What is distracting you? Whatever it is – let it go.
