At a time when there was once rain,

You walked along to bring on light.

At a time when there was once pain,

You stayed with me on a cold night.

At a time when my vision was blurred,

You suddenly made things clear,

Everything’s been ok,

Ever since you’ve moved here



You have helped me realize who I am

And help me do the best I can.

You have been there to comfort and guide me,

shown me all that you have seen.

You never fail to make me smile,

And it makes me sad when you cry,

But when you do I’ll be there,

Its you I will never turn away

Its you I will never deny

For you I would do anything,

I’d pull the stars out of the sky.



We’ll work hard in our lives,

Never settle for less and always do our best.

If we stay strong and don’t give in

We will be happy and we will win.

In my life yeah I’ve had friends,

Maybe I’ve had a few,

But none can compare,

None can compare to you.

I’ve traveled on this earth lonely and tired with no one to trust.

But I have met you and now nothing will ever come between us!
