and i never want to think of

waking up tomorrow and not

having you by myside



and i never want to go

to sleep at night and not

meet you on the other side of

my eyelids



and i never want to

entertain thoughts of you leaving

without a chance of coming back



and i will never agree with

a life lost with nothing to gain

never understand hate like that



and i never want to wake up

and have you not there

so i refuse to let you go



and i don't care what you think

i claimed "ownership" over you

when i said i'd never let you go



and that was a promise

that i refuse to break

so i won't



and i don't care about moving on

i don't care about getting away

i am selfish, so, so, selfish



and tomorrow i will wake up

and you will still be here

cause i won't let you go
