Downfall of Our Regime

Something in the sky whispers

An eye circles round

Through others' failed attempts,

She rises

Brewing a quiet storm.

Out of the ash,

She leaps forward

Dispersing an evil wrath

A fortune for her

A tragedy for us,

We were locked in Katrina's path.

Not that I was anywhere near it

But it still affects us all.

The economy's gonna go straight through hell

As we experience this downfall.

"We will make a greater city

Stronger beyond compare."

Bush, what the hell are you saying?!

The promises you make are rare!

Where are all the drops in prices

When you invaded Saddam's Iraq?

You went there for their refineries right?

I see nothing but prices jacked.

And what's this I hear you spend $8000

for every operation?

Is that where the money goes

For secrets to be kept and hidden?

Our lives depend on you,

Mr. PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

But all you do is sit around

As others handle your debates.

Why do you favor war so much

If you fight against terrorism

Don't you find it quite ironic

Seeing the stance you are given?

We don't need more casualties

What we need is a revolution

To free ourselves from your reign

We need a better institution.
