Shostakovich's

Tenth Symphony:  he has put

Elmira in there.

His erotic fantasies

of her have ruined it for us.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

The third movement of Shostakovish's Tenth Symphony contains both the DSCH notes (his musical signature) and the Elmira theme.  He got her in there, despite the reticence of Soviet Socialist Realism.
