Editing my poems:  some work.

Others sound like words of an indiscreet jerk,

or a last minute boast:

all of these I will remove.  I hope most

make a good witness to Faith, or Love.

This is not mere editorial repression;

but rather an exercise of 

Christian discretion,

("wise as a serpent, harmless as a dove");

to stand in the old path's and good way's

place to offer a sacrifice of praise,

in the manner exemplified to me

by Lady Certainly,

whose belief is utterly profound,

whose discernment is peerless

she stands, spiritually shoeless in sheerness,

on holy ground.
