Now then.

Now,

You take me for long walks
You distract me with your sex,
To wrap me up in love
And help me to forget.

You call my name
when he smiles his seductive grin,
And play your game deftly,
now you have something you must win

You occupy me with chores and
Take me through my paces
And now you even take me away
to the most romantic places

We laugh more,
We accept more
We don't talk about why
I just slightly grin all the
While knowing why.

You write rudimentary poetry
Just fill my heart and kiss my needs
You dress more sexy and walk
With swagger, and I love you more
Than ever, I look at your heart
Through your eyes and I thank
God I have only minor lies

I could never share my bed, my heat
My love, my life with another
We are so close we couldn't live without eachother

though I have a compassion
For you and one other,

they will not ever
Take this life of ours,
our time, our place, our space and
Make it less than its worth.
You are here and now,
My truth, my holy,
my real love and in that
My one and only.

Now.
