The Universal Twist

The stars aligned in a glittering mass of floating currents,
in sprays of red and purple blues slowly dancing
a waltz through aeons taking their time,
gently swirling like the seams of a skirt caught in a cooling breeze.
Twirling and turning lazily drifting arching outward.
Dancing comets glide effortlessly by,
winking and flashing their tails as they pass.
Blindly whirling the hungry dark infant mouths endlessly,
steadily drawing it's fill, contentedly suckling on the sprays
of gently frolicking planets dizzy watching moons making eddies
as they chase the dipping and flicking rays of glassy suns.
The gasses huddle in masses and leave trails of gossip and laughter
as they weave their glow in and out of two steps and tangos.
The asteroids pass with Their noses in the air,
preferring their line dance procession in sequential order.
The satiny black curtains flutter their way round the pass
doing the twist with out a care just cutting in draping itself everywhere,
A floating black carpet tears itself up as it jives in and out waving about
Never a worry up here dancing about,
not even bumping a shoulder in the crowds,
there's Always plenty of space to go around!
