My wings in need of repair
I cannot fly
Upsetting as it is
It seems there is no cure
No way to fix this
Tried to seek solace from
The night sky but the
Stars ignore my calls
Walked around for days
My feet stripped of skin
Ached and burned
But then i found you
You couldn't mend my wings
But you helped me to fly once again
