To stand among a crowd
And not have to jump or reach
To see above the sea
Of other men around me.
I'll never be a handsome man
Like Brad, or Tom, or Matt
I'll never be your dreamy love
That you'd like to look at all day.
I'll never be a rich man
Who can fly you around the world
Or buy you all those gifts
You so want, and deserve.
I'll never be a creative man
Like Rob, or John, or Dave
(Especially Dave)
Who can sing you songs
Of just how much you mean.
In fact, I'll never be much of anything
To you or anyone else
But never ever will I ever
Be good enough for you
To deserve you
And be needed by you
And most of all
I'll never be
Loved.

oh come on, if you think that you aren't good enough for someone then hey...they miss out on the better things that you are. trust me...you're a real cool person and i'm sure you're good enough to deserve anyone that you want :^)
This is really sad. How do you know you'll never be any of those things? I think you need a friend. I want to be your friend. And you WILL be loved someday. You will be good enough for me. I'm going to email you right now, I want to talk about this. Great poem, though!
