Heavy Metal Magnetism

I'm sure you could picture this

Imagine a force that remains limitless

Though still uncontrolled

Can you even begin to understand?

A steel jagged shard coming forth

Soaring without boundaries to know

I'm still trying to wonder

What would happen?

If a car was sexually attracted to you

Here it comes, 1994 with foreign build

There it went, and I guess it took you, too

I'm charged and awaiting a needle greeting

A thief without regard, or awareness!!

Isn't it funny as they walk on by

Silver and shine are never far behind

I'm happy to wave and dodge a few blades

Though I'm always wondering

Was it intentional?

There's but a few left these days

And they seem to enjoy their flow

My ears ring as they pass us on

I could be allergic to their magnetic song

Such a so-so lullaby

Overflowing

And since it seems that it's over my head

All I'll ever do is admire

The power remains untamed, the people remain unchanged

It seems less and less that they are in control

It's more... Of an agreement.

This turned out to be a lot more then expected.

Wonderful and not at all what I expected from the title.

I wonder if Stephen King felt this way while writing His Christine?

Wonderful stuff here!

leaves me to wonder... Why nothing new? I do believe I need a fix?

Hiya. I like this poem, it's deep. you know sometimes you can write a poem and you know how you want it to come out, but when you get to writing the poem, it sometimes just comes out differently than what was planned, but that's because it came from the heart and soul. poetry comes from the heart and soul, not from the mind. i had commented on your stoner poem, just my info changed cuz of a 50 yr. old who wouldn't leave me alone when i've asked him, i've cussed him out and still he wouldn't leave me alone, so i changed everything.
