We live in a world where people walk by
Where people don’t know and don’t care why
We lack understanding, and empathy too
Take a look at this life and you’ll see it’s true
Now we can look away from the torment
Look away from the pain and the punishment
We can turn a deaf ear to emploring cries
No one cares when a stranger dies
But why should we let our society rot?
Because it’s what our parents were taught?
Take a look at this place of uncaring wealth
And ask what you’ve done to improve it’s health
Both of our countries suck but your does the suckin' better in terms of people still having the possibilities to stay people. Mine does everything to make U feel small, unimportant, deserted, puzzled & misled...
But even here people try to find their ways thru this sometimes unpleasant life, they try to be happy even here - so it's not about the place, it's only 'bout U!
