I knew from the time you invested in me,

to try to be more than my friend.

I knew from the speial talks we had,

I didn't want those times to end.

I knew when you accepted me after waiting,

with all my problems and faults.

I knew when you tried to give me confidence,

always postive, never negative assults.

I knew when you tried to help me,

help me through so many things.

I knew when you tried to make me smile,

make me laugh just to see the joy that brings.

I knew when you were committed to me,

you sang, "Lullaby, Goodnight my Angel" as our start.

I knew when I said he treats me right and is special.

He is a keeper, the one and he has my whole heart.
