From far away I speak your name.

Can you hear me?

In my sleep I dream of you.

Do you share it with me?

I wonder what you're thinking

as far away as you are.

Do you think I'm crazy?

Crazy for falling for you

when we barely know each other?

I whisper my thoughts

where no one can hear them -

afraid of the rejection

and heart ache

that is sure to come.

I am happy to have you in my life

and even if we never meet

I will always remember the feelings

you stir in my heart and soul.

They say love comes unlooked for

and though it scares me to admit

still I must say this:

I think I'm falling in love with you.

Now the words escape me,

unable to cope

I fly away with them.

Hiding from the world

I fall asleep and wonder

if my unbidden thoughts

will also make you fly away.
