I close my eyes and open them

As my heart picks up its pace

But no matter how much I try

I cant forget her face



I’m sick of holding back

This feeling I can’t explain

I rather just rip my heart out

Instead of dealing with all this pain



I go outside and walk around

As the world starts turning gray

It starts to rain and lightning strikes

But I still go on my way



My shirt is soaked and I trip and fall

But nothing seems to stir

How can all this pain and torture

All come from just her



I give up and fall to the ground

Rocks cutting up my knees

And then suddenly I realize

the world’s crying onto me
