I lay here waiting for sleep's soft kiss
You are my final thought as the day ends
Thoughts of lust and love between two friends
Your grey eyes beautiful and heavenly bliss
I lay here alone, your presence I miss

We can get lost together, and forget all our friends
An eternity with you, what can get better than this?
Distance will soon tear us apart
And I fear like a memory I will fade
