Khuda Dost

Infinite is his power, infinite is his grace
Mysterious his deeds, unfathomable his ways

Some call him Ishwar, some Allah and some God
Some call him an illusion, some other think his notion as fraud

But he is there, thus says my heart
Silently very silently, he plays his part

He loves you, he loves me, and he loves all
His unseen hands, protect us from fall

The wine of that divine, is definitely worth a try
Trust me, he won't ditch you or let you cry

Have your girlfriend, have your boyfriend, absolutely fine
But let’s spend some time with Khuda dost, who is yours and mine

This knowledge is the real fruit, rest religion is just the peel
May the whole world realize this, how amazing is this feel!

So much has been said and read about God. This poem describes my feelings.

The way you have felt God in you and the reflection of that in your poem, very clearly shows that you have an unassilable faith and  great confidence in Him. Great write! This poem reminds me of the song "What a friend we have in .....".  I too believe that 'God is God' and there is no need to attach any name and call him by that name.
