The Game
Some people are good life players,
Some people, they are not.
Some people live by dealing, and
Some people think they're hot.
I think I've now met all of them,
From the knave to the king,
For life has dealt me quite the hands-
Been there, seen everything!
One thing I've learned- when playing the game
Never disclose your hand.
You never know when luck may change.
Not all laughter is canned.
Some people are honest, and yet
Many others are not,
So here's the deal - stay wide awake.
Hard games in life are fought
Be alert to the deuces, chum.
Play cards close to your chest.
You'll encounter jokers in life
But not all life's a jest!
OK I think I'll be here for a while reading, and I'm not sure I can find a favorite, but I like the game so far, cause I've met the "players" myself a hand or two
