Dancing Rain

Pound hard, dancing rain

Stomp around with abandon

There is no miss-step

So choose your dance at random.

Observe the plants sway

To any rhythm you choose.

They don't take lightly

Opportunities to lose

Their earth-bound status.

Watch as their petals loose with grace -

As their leaves applaud -

From their wetly shining face.

So, whether your dance

Is stately or quite wild,

Let yourself go, rain;

All nature is beguiled.

wow, this poem is just beautiful. As I've said before i really just love rain, but you also have a way with always making things so visual.
