*

NOT EVERY SEED SPROUTS

*

God did not design
every sperm to take human form
but God did design
that those who are born
remain after born

*

LITTLE BOY WARS

*

Wars are fought by
little boys
who love the power
to destroy
To many modern
Troys
drones and bombs
their computer sent toys

*

TRUTH SPREADS EFFORTLESSLY

*

The truth shall set us all free.
The rays of light from each truthteller spread straight
in all directions, igniting others to be witnesses to truth.

*

BUS BALLET

*

At the Grand Central Station of my city bus station
... from their bays 3 buses backed out simultaneously
... their arcs as smooth as ballet... and then moved forward
to queue and then to go their separate ways

*

THE QUIET OF THE LAMBS

*

'the lambs are taken from their flocks'
sometimes their heads on chopping blocks
before they're shorn of curly locks

*

ANTIBIOTICS AND CADAVERS

*

Is it inconsistent for parents
to give their children antibiotics
for infections and then continue
to feed them bacteria ridden
animal corpses?

*

PASTEL LIGHTS IN CHAPEL

*

a convent chapel... with stained glass
... not the harsher colors of dark blue,
crimson, and gold of other churches
.... but pastels... filling the sanctuary
with rainbows of lemon, aqua, lavender
light orange and pink

*

TERRY P

*

TP went to his 25th high school
reunion, and a teacher came up to
him and said "Here, I've had this
detention slip waiting for you a
quarter century."

Footnote: Terry P a charismatic leader generous to all

*

NOTES IN THE GOBLET

*

As a crystal glass when struck changes its
notes each time liquid is added, so great compassion
is audible in the soul's voice

*

INFINITE RETURNS

*

failure to communicate:
One said to her "infinite returns"
... she thought "infinite" meant "infinitesimal"

*

200% FROM PAVAROTTI

*

To pour from his heart
through his throat
200 per cent... all giving...
was the way of Pavarotti
