are known for their refusal
to answer the call
of ethics
by recusal.

sons worked for Bush attorneys
in Gore V Bush, Scalia refused
to withdraw from the case and
he criminally and illegally stopped
the Florida recount in 2000, stealing
the election from Al Gore who had
won the popular vote. In other cases
as well he refused to recuse.
Alito had promised to recuse himself
from Vanguard cases because of his
investments but violated the promise.
The 'lower' courts have higher standards
on recusal than the 'Supreme' Court.
