Frank Perdue CEO of Perdue Chicken years ago gave millions to the University of Maryland to develop a rabbit meat course. Each student had a rabbit he was supposed to kill on the last day. An Animal Liberation Front person went in the night before and took all the rabbits and placed them with waiting homes. UM cancelled the course.
