SEACHANGER

One goes to the sea
When afflicted with anger
By her calm shores
gulls are no strangers

In quiet pools..
the sea's little mangers
.. She rocks us to peace..
the cradling Seachanger

WAY OVER WAVES

boatwake broke the sun's lightway
across the waters into pieces
but soon again upon the sea
there was the path of light to peace

LET GO

exhausted
she decided
not to row
but finally to let
go..
and allow the
current
the boat to flow

ALL WAYS ALWAYS SACRED

Some Muslims believe
all else are infidels.
Some Christians think
all else are going to hell.
Some Jews assert only Jews
..e.g Levins
or Cohens or Rosens
are God's chosen
All else are untouchable
to some Brahmin Hindus.
Some Buddhists reject
all Muslims Christians and Jews.
Some atheists think theists
not among the brainy select.
Some Adventists assume
no one else is 'elect'.
Some Amish do
nonAmish shun.
But sacred is every creature
in the universe... every one.

THE SHINE IN THE SHRINE

God like the zenith sun is
visible from all windows
and illumines all paths.
His Light bathes every point
of our globe. so all are
immersed in His Love.
It pours from inside
every heart shrine
From every creature's
eyes it shines.

EXCOMMUNICATE?

The pyramidal hierarchy
may excommunicate
but none can excise anyone
from the Heart of God?

MANY PATHS ONE GOAL

There are many paths from
the plains to
the one mountain peak.
... many riverways from
the heights to
the lowlying sea.

PAIN CHANGES

Poets metamorphose
pain into ink

INKWELL UPWELL

Innocents' bloodshed
in writers' inkwells
as scarlet liquid upwells

FIREFLIES

Above stars glow in the sky
Below the dance of fireflies

The Bible indicates
that Cain killed in jealousy
Moses in anger
David in lust
Paul in obedience to a brutal
state.

Yet none suffered the cold
premeditated murder of the state
for their killing.*

Jesus stopped an execution in progress.
It is time for that 20 of the world's 195
countries still involved in government murder to be conformed not to the ways of ancient barbarism... but the ways of
nonviolence.

Love waits in the wings.
One need not follow the script

Rulemakers ordained that
the morning light and the river
water... take 1 step at a time
down the waterfall's gradations.
Both ignored the ordinance
as one downspilled and the other
downpoured.
