As His body years gathers
His hair does not gray
.. while His minting palm
pours with gray grace

has a vision of God
written by a Middle Ages
rabbi.. who says God's
hair is first gray and
then black.. that His name
is truth (Sathya in
Sanskrit.. mother of
all languages) and
that He wears a red robe
Sai Baba was once told
by one of His devotees
He was going gray..
and passed His hands through His hair and
the gray was gone
Vibhuthi is grey ash
materialized by Baba
through His hands. It
also pours from pictures
of Him around the world.
It is associated with
miracles of healing.
Divine power needs no
physical instrument to
heal, but Baba uses
vibhuthi for those
who want a physical
manifestation of divine
power.
