she had picked him up
and read him a bedtime story
rather than handing him
to a maid as he cried...
perhaps ...he would not

the people and animals
of Berlin

In World War II,
did God select a thorn to remove a thorn?
Churchill the bulldog to remove Hitler
Hitler and Churchill both killed
people, animals and bullfrogs
.. Hitler 'annexed' Austria, invaded Poland..
