The Red Green Tomato
Although I would like to be a total fruitarian, I've never avoided potatoes and peanut butter for more than 4 months. My teacher came in a dream. He was drawing on an easel by the seashore.. pictures of a green tomato, a red tomato, and a green red tomato. Then he gave the name of the enzyme in the red one, a different enzyme in the green one, and a third where the green is turning red. The last enzyme, he said, was the one I needed.
