Dr king continued the
pacifist nonviolence of Jesus, Tolstoy and Gandhi. He suffered more than
either Tolstoy or Gandhi.
In the White house tapes, LBJ can be heard telling J Edgar hoover that
he must stop ignoring the KKK crimes. Hooever was implicated in Dr
King's assassination. The FBI today is a very different agency from the one
Hoover led.
