If Witnessing Child or Elder Abuse
Many people if witnessing
a parent abusing a child
or a caregiver abusing an older
person,
would take action...
but not so many would
take action regarding
purchasers of flesh,
some because they think
animals have no right to be
protected, others because
they when they look at a piece
of meat they do not hear the
screams of the slaughterhouse
nor feel the pain of the animal's
murder, nor the agony of
the fish's suffocation.
