Note: Meat inspection is a joke in the US, whose USDA has resisted Mad Cow, Mad Chicken and all BSE testing., while at the same time doubling once and then further speeding up conveyor belt inspection lines. Meat inspectors allow a cancerous tumor the size of a grapefruit to be cut out and the rest of the cadaver passed along. There is no microscopic testing for disease.
When a turkey or chicken has cancer, the industry semanticists call it leukosis though it is leukemia and to humans transmissable.
