I think before I talk to you, if you only knew how much thats just not like me,
I wait days into weeks, to receive a message on my phone,
if you only knew, how much thats just not like me,
I fear to take the dive, when I used to just cannonball right in,
if you only knew, how much thats just not like me.
You know i have been thinkin, how do you always know
when I am hiding something? no one else does like you,
there are things that I hide, so heres to hopin against you,
with you I want to make everything just right, never will I leap to chill our nerves,
if you only knew, how much its not like me to actually follow through.
