A silhouette of a shadow of a shell

I drove all night long

With the sounds of dark music

to match my irregular heart beat

And it hit me with the weight of a thousand broken lives

This is the truth that I have made

One where I am waiting for you to come and save

Save me from myself or at least from turning into someone else

A silhouette of a shadow of a shell that you have created in me

Revenge is endless

Until I realize you’re not the monster

That I have built you up to be

See, absence makes my heart grow angry

When all I wanted to know was that we belong

I am winding up to let you go

I swear on this broken heart,

I am letting you go.

This poem, is incredible. I love its style, its "irregular beat" which all forms together into one hell of a good rythym/beat....

I'm very very very impressed. Keep it up.

p.s. not weird at all. I completley get it. :)
